MANDATORY: Bring a wrapped or bagged gift worth $15-$20 for the Dirty Santa gift exchange. We pile up all of the gifts. Everyone pulls a random number out, and whoever has the #1 gets to select the 1st gift. #2 gets to either steal #1’s gift or go select a new gift. And so it goes.
